Olá Amigos, sei que o StraightForward da MacMillan é Inglês Britânico, mas conheço apenas esse livro. Existem outros livros publicados pela Oxford, Cambridge que ensinem Inglês Britânico? Ficarei grato pelo retorno que também poderá ajudar outros interessados.

All things Oxford and Cambridge are British English, or they insert parenthetical comments/examples in their books to help the learner which is the usage in a situation. How it can be in American English or the British one.
As for the pronounce, it would be another can of worms altogheter...
