Good tip man...
Agenda is all that you have scheduled or planned for a day or week, the outline of things to be done.
For "Agenda" in Portuguese you can say: "Appointment book" (for people and appointments) or "Address book" (for addresses).

In Great Britain you can also say "Diary" for "Appointment book".

Hope this helps ;)

Journal - which means "diário" and it's a false friend as well:)
Agenda can also be a person's political goals or plans as in. "The President's agenda included universal health care."

Para quem é militar, como eu fui por 8 anos, agenda significa ordem do dia. Também significa memorando.

Having an agenda would be, in this case, tantamount to be biased, to have hidden (covert - more so) interests.

Here, it would mean "independent" and unbiased, withouth representind proxy interests...
...she launched herself as a candidate by the Gibraltar Social Democrats (GSD) in the by-election of 4 July 2013. In a press conference, she stated that she hasn't an agenda (besides the desire to contribute positively to Gibraltar), and said that she was "disappointed" with the policy practised by the ruling party (GSLP) and willing to change the composition of the parliament,...
