Hi Donay, I would like to know something, can I say "jogging" instead of saying "go walking". Jogging is different from running as it is something slower and it's done calmly, like when you go to a park, so does it mean (jogging) the same thing as "go walking". Ex: I'm jogging a lot recently, I hope I can get fit before we go to the beach.
I go walking a lot, I hope I can get fit before we go to the beach.
Just noticed something that may be the right question: is jogging different from go walking as it is a sport and it's done with equipments, stretching or even on a schedule?

Gabriel,
''Jog'' envolve uma maior velocidade do que "walk" (= andar). "Jog" está mais para "correr devagar". Confira definição do Merriam-webster:
Jog: to run slowly especially for exercise.
Sim, "go jogging" é correto.
Ambos podem ser feitos com o propósito de entrar em forma.
