E quando me refiro a região urbana? seria urban region of a city ou municipality?

Sugiro usar "urban area". Veja um trecho da Wikipedia:E quando me refiro a região urbana? seria urban region of a city ou municipality?

Para Região Metropolitana você pode usar metro area (de Metropolitan Area): São Paulo metro area (ou só metro, mas tem que tomar cuidado para não deixar ambíguo: São Paulo metro é sobre a região metropolitana da cidade ou sobre o metrô?).
