Estava no Skype ontem e me dei conta de que não sei dizer isso em Inglês.
Outra coisa: quando você não entendeu o que o outro lado disse, podemos dizer um simples "what?" ou é meio indelicado?

"The phone call is cutting out, I didn't hear what you just said".
It is kind of unpolite to say "what", but amongst friends it's ok.
You should say "pardon" in general, for example, when you have a doubt in school and you're going to ask your teacher.

You could also say for "não entendi": "excuse me?"
l could also say "sorry you're breaking up on me".
