Como dizer “Apelido de careca, sem ser careca” em inglês
Em Português: Careca (apelido)
Em Inglês .....: Baldy
Baldy – A nickname for a bald-headed person.
Ex.:
Regan, a burly six-footer, is called Baldy even though he isn’t bald. He said he’s had the nickname ever since he was a boy – one of eight children in his family.
“My mother figured that if I got all my hair cut off I would only need one haircut for the summer,” he said. Things were a little rough in those days and we were trying to save on haircuts. People started calling me Baldy.

Another way is to say that (generally men, so) he have a bald pate.
Being that one with a bald pate could well have some strands of hair, have no hair, or have even long tresses remaining on the sides.
Or yet may have hair strands over his bald pate making it looks like bar codes.
