Por exemplo, estou consertando meu laptop e acontece a seguinte situação:
TÉCNICO: -Agora vou trocar a tela...
EU: - Ah, APROVEITA E troca a bateria também!
Como podemos falar isso em ingles?

Acho que não tenhamos um bom equivalente em inglês para "aproveitar". O que dizemos muda muito segundo o contexto. Por exemplo:
Ah, APROVEITA E troca a bateria também!
Oh, and change the battery while you are at it!
Aproveitei para comprar uma bateria.
I bought a battery while I was there.
As long as I was there, I bought a battery too.
I bought a battery while I was there.
I bought a battery while I was at it. (to be at it = to be doing something)
