Nos meus tempos de “boy” era calça Lee ou rancheira, como as dos caubóis.

We usually just call them "jeans". There are some brand names that have acquired a generic meaning, such as "wearing wranglers", "Levis", or "Lees". They all refer to manufacturers of denim pants. "Denim" is the real generic name for the rough cotton cloth, which originated in the town of Nimes, in France (thus "de Nîmes" -- "from Nîmes")
