Dude, quit whining. There are plenty of single women out there with tons of love to give. You can do it.

Outra opção:

"...Stop complaining. There are lots (many/plenty) of single woman full of love to give."

And yet in another sense:

Stop whining, get it over. There´s no shortage of girls for you out there.

Stop whining, get it over. There´s no shortage of girls to take the place of Gravitolina. :-)

Stop whining, get it over. There´s no shortage of girls to choose from.

Stop whining, get it over. There are plenty of girls keen to bag a date with you.

And so on.

You can't say "get it over" like that, though. In the sense of forgetting something, moving on. It's always "get over it", in this order.

Yeah, it happens. I thought it was important to point it out because while it isn't a major mistake, it can still give off the wrong idea. If you say "get it over" in that context, people will probably think you meant to say "get it over with", while having forgotten the "with".

It´s okay, don´t sweat it. I am glad that you noticed so it will be to advantage of everyone, me and other learners as well. ;-)
