Recentemente, tem-se chamado alguns profissionais de comunicação de "criativos".
Como muitas dessas tendências vêm de fora, gostaria de saber se existe um correspondente em inglês.
Exemplos:

"Como motivar um criativo in-house?"
"Para ele, hoje o criativo precisa ser uma esponja com dois lados: um para mergulhar no universo do cliente, reter todas as informações, dores e a sua cultura, e outro para absorver e compreender tudo que está acontecendo no mundo e poder conectar as duas pontas."

Could be "José Fontoura the creative[1], well-informed (always tuned to the last trends, news, etc) showman/radio host".
[1]A showman with a dire passion for creativity. Here is more descriptive, there is more concise as it happens with front pages headlines.

Let´s wait for more comments, there is more than one way to express that in English.
