Como dizer ''Curtir comida (molho, bebida, carne)" em inglês
Pessoal, existe alguma forma de dizer "curtir" em inglês? Falo no seguinte sentido:
Fiz um molho de pimenta e vou deixar curtir por 1 semana.
Essa cachaça curtiu em tonéis de carvalho.
Abs!

Em geral, bebidas que ficam armazenadas em tonéis como cachaça e vinho, eu vejo muito o verbo age.
==> This wine is going to age for 10 years before it is ready to be sold.
==> That wine was aged for 5 years. That's why it tastes so good.
==> Cachaça was aged for 6 months in small casks.
Não sei ao certo se passa o mesmo sentido (já que também significa envelhecer), mas é o que vejo mais usado!
O outro 'curtir' conheço como "cure":
==> The pickles on the burger are housemade, the meat cured for days or slow-cooked since morning.
==> Meat will be cured for 10-15 days and flipped daily.
==> Some meat will be cured for a few days in preparation for a big feast.
==> This wine is going to age for 10 years before it is ready to be sold.
