That's a bit of a movie that flashes in our minds, and more so in the lives of the UK citizens. Like it or not, UK culture and its history is interwoven with the learning of the English language.
By the way, if you had been born or lived in the UK I think you (along other around here) would be awarded a CBE award there. Such outstanding contribution!
Thought it was Long live the king/queen.

I found a question on Quora and the answer was that both "God save" and "long live" can be used. Both instances were originally in the UK anthem.
The protocol dictates that when a toast is made "Long live the Queen" is/was prefferable since it could be that not all visitors from other countries had other beliefs or someone attending was atheist, etc. Not an inflexible rule, though.
Now with a king, it will "God save the king" and "Long live the king".
