Bom pensei em usar and stuff:
We could get to hang out and get to know us better and stuff
You're in pain, if you need to let it out and stuff I'll be here, right?
Alguém me exclarecer se estou no caminho certo?
Desde já agradeço todas as dicas possível

Claudemir,
Outra parecida seria "and stuff like that".
Exemplos:
He does mountain biking and skiing and stuff like that.
She wants us to smile more, and stuff like that.
There's some very good music there, CD systems and stuff, and laser discs.
They sell stationery and stuff (like that).
Bons estudos!

Valeu, mais uma vez, Donay

"...and so forth."
"Stuff" is a very useful, handy word. Remember that it is informal and should be avoided in formal conversations.
