Sim está correta. Porém, acredito que pelo que descreveu, as opções mais adequadas, na minha opinião, seriam:

Não. "Over", para mim, é mais adequado a coisas como "filmes","aulas","relacionamentos"," mandatos".

Sim Vitor, trata-se do future perfect. Mas o que quero dizer é que não é comum utilizarmos o future perfect neste caso.
Apesar de soar bem parecido com o Português como "o mundo terá acabado" geralmente ouço
will come to an end (acabará) quando estamos tratando desse assunto.

Perhaps the person speaking is thinking of himself as a witness to the event and not as a mere participant in it.

The World will have come to an end
In the same way that we like to use the present perfect when in Portuguese you use the preterito, the future perfect seems best here.
