Em time que está ganhando não se mexe: If it ain't broke, don't fix it ou If it's not broke, don't fix it.

Ele não fez muitas mudanças no time desde que assumiu como técnico, raciocinando que em time que está ganhando não se mexe.

Seria possível usar ''broken'' ao invés de ''broke'' ?

Sempre vi esta expressão com "broke" e não "broken". Não duvido da possibilidade de se usar "broken", mas ela definitivamente não aparece em referências como Cambridge, Oxford e Thefreedictionary.

Indeed, "broken" is the correct English (UK English) but don´t tell that to the American guys! they just won´t accept that - their fixed expression of sorts.
