Das duas, a mais idiomática é ''this is the question I receive the most"; porém, eu sugiro usar "this is the question I receive most often".
Uma outra boa opção:
''This is the question I'm most often asked.''
''What made you decide to go into politics?" This is the question I'm most often asked when I introduce myself as the nominee for representative...'' - Oklahomawomen
