Well, Simon, I just had to see how "the seam of the dress" could switch on "her high beams" (farol alto...). So I went looking here:

Eu já tinha criado esse tópico mas eu fui censurado o que tem de mais todo mundo sabe que mamilo sobressaindo pela roupa é farol aceso.
Bom existe também E.N.A (erect nipple alert) mas não é muito comum quanto high beams on mas vale a pena saber.

PPAULO, if we say that she was wearing a pok(e)y dress, it isn't referring to the prominence on her bust, because poky, in this context, means tight, uncomfortable.
