Sugestão:

I wish I could say “f*ck it all!”, but I simply shut myself up .

Exemplo: Don’t get me wrong, I love New York. I couldn’t imagine living anywhere else. But there are times, though they be few and far between, when I wish I could just say “f*ck it all!” and live like a hermit away from all human contact. [crazytownblog.com]

f*ck it all (Urban Dictionary) --> something said to express a vague, but intense, desperation or frustration with any or all of the following:

- the world
- yourself
- responsibilities
- everything you know
- a feeling
- religion(S)
- answers without questions
- questions without determination
- inability it seems to start anew
- fleeting
- loss of faith/wonder
- awareness of unawareness

Sometimes I wanted to say/all I wanted to say f*** it!/F*** reality/F*** the world, but I am not like that!

Sometimes I fell like saying F*** it all, but I shut up, eventually.

Sometimes I just want to lash out and tell you to f*** off” or whatever, but I decide it´s not worth the trouble OR ...but I can´t bring myself to act like a jerk/I can´t bring myself to do it (to do that).

These are used in several different contexts.
