Oi. Acho que seria "speak for yourself", não?
Stick up for yourself
To speak in support of a person or an idea, belief, or plan, especially when no one else will.

Stick up for yourself would be in the context of someone being attacked (or also, criticized, for instance). It could be "fale (não fica calado)/defenda-se!"

'Speak for yourself' would be more suitable to the case in point. Other ways to express that would be:
"I am sorry for you, but I think it was easy, I am pretty sure I will ace it."

"Oh, such a pity! On the other hand, it was easy for me, I will do well."

"I see. It must have been difficult for you. To me was easy-peasy [1], I might have done well on the test/exam. I feel like it/it´s my feeling/I can feel it."

[1] easy as pie, easy as ABC, a cakewalk. In Portuguese: mole mole, mamão com açúcar, melzinho na chupeta, fácil fácil.

Those are some ways to express that situation, there are many others.

Ah, getting back to the drawing board (since I reread and the first person spoke in general, not specific in kind):
I don´t think so, to me it (the exam/the test) wasn´t that difficult. I think might have done well on it.
I wouldn´t say so, to me it had a fair level of difficulty. I, for one, might have done well on it.

I, for one = eu, pelo menos,... (here, in the previous sentence)

Speak for yourself, to me it would have the same level of formality, perhaps a bit more or less, but not a game-changing thing.
Speak doesn’t always mean the same thing as talk. For example, in this context, “speak for” means to represent the opinion of someone. So:
“Speak for yourself” means “what you are saying does does not represent my point of view”. In this case you cannot substitute “speak” for “talk” - “talk for yourself” does not make sense and is wrong.

“Speak for yourself! I didn’t mind it and I don’t think I did/went too badly.”

This communicates the idea without sounding like you are boasting (se gabando). In English the meaning of “not bad” is conveyed via tone of voice. It could mean anything from mediocre to very good.

You can say “I didn’t mind it” to say you liked it. This is usually when you think the person you are talking to does not share your opinion, or if you have an opinion you didn’t expect. It’s a way of minimising the friction of the disagreement. For example:

“That movie was awful”
“You think? I didn’t mind it”

“That politician is terrible”
“I don’t mind him/her.”

“After reading the reviews for that movie I didn’t expect it to be any good, but I actually didn’t mind it”. Actually = na verdade; ‘actually’ não quer dizer ‘actualmente’.

You could also say:

“Speak for yourself! I enjoyed the test and I think I did well.”

Same idea, but now you sound more confident and it could be construed as boasting.
