Sugestão:

Fazer catecismo = to attend catechism classes
Fazer crisma = (crismar-se) to receive Confirmation; to be Confirmed; to get confirmed
Crismar = to confirm

Minha primeira comunhão será no próximo final de semana. = My First Holy Communion will be next weekend; I will receive my First Holy Communion next weekend

Fui crismado semana passado = I was confirmed last week/I received the Sacrament of Confirmation last week

Para completar:

What is catechism class?
Catechism Classes are classes held in person or online to prepare young Catholics, or those who are interested in converting, about the teachings of the Catholic Church. Children are required to attend catechism classes as part of their preparation to receive the Sacrament of First Holy Communion and the Sacrament of Confirmation.

Who can receive Confirmation?
How many times can one be Confirmed?
http://www.aboutcatholics.com/beliefs/c ... explained/

Confirmation candidates attend a series of special classes to learn about the sacrament, their faith and Christian responsibilities.

Most Christians are confirmed in the church they normally attend. People can also be confirmed in another church where a large group of candidates from different churches come together.
In most Catholic churches today, Catholics are confirmed when they are about 14 years old.
Catholics are usually confirmed after they have received their first Holy Communion.
