Bom no popular quando uma pessoa sempre tem uma história para tudo ela leva a classificação de "Forrest Gump" o contador de histórias igual ao filme ou pescador que aqui no Brasil significa alguém que sempre conta histórias mentirosas.
Ex:
Cara! Seu pai é um Forrest Gump sempre contando histórias, será que 1% do que ele diz é verdade.
Esse cara é um pescador sempre gosta de contar histórias para contar vantagem em cima dos outros.

Most politicians are full of hot air. Don't believe everything they tell you.
To be known to stretch the truth
He is not a liar, just a man who does not object to stretching the truth.
He does not lie, but he is known to stretch the truth.
To be careless with the truth
Why ruin a good story with the truth? So I am someimes careless with the truth. So what?
