Eu : Could you make a discount on this item?
Ele: We have only one copy of this so that is the price for now.

1. What else is new?

“They lost again.” “So what else is new?” [Merriam Webster]
"Eles perderam de novo.'' Grande novidade!"

What else is new?: informal — used to say that you are not surprised by something you have been told.

2. So, what's new?

''One man tells another that Charlie, an apparent repeat offender, has been arrested again for drunken driving. The other man responds ironically "So, what's new?"[Grande novidade!]

''This ironic phrase [in this case] is not asking what someone has been up to. It expresses lack of surprise at an event that was to be expected, a "déjà vu, similar to saying "why am I not surprised?.'' [Wordreference USA]
