Notice: I assume here that "não podem passar vontade" in the sense of:
" não se deve "contrariar" os desejos da grávida, ela precisa satisfazer os desejos incontroláveis por comida, que certamente vai ter.


Since the cravings are a sign that the mom-to-be is feeding two living beings, she and the baby.
Just don´t let her eat unhealty things (there is always a substitute for them.), like chalk or coal for example. Or let her overdo it!

Eu gostei da sugestão do Donay, mas ainda tô com uma pulga atrás da orelha porque a expressão "indulge yourself" fala mais de satisfazer um desejo do que ficar com um desejo não satisfeito.

Deixa eu tentar explicar melhor.

Claro. Sinta-se à vontade. (Se traduzimos como "Claro, não passe vontade!" acontece a coisa estranha de traduzir uma frase afirmativa com uma negativa.

Eu sugeriria a expressão "be left wanting".

Venha comer este bolo. Não passe vontade.
Come have this cake. Don't be left wanting.

Se você não comer o bolo vai passar vontade, pode ter certeza.
If you don't eat the cake you'll be left wanting, I assure you.

Vamos tentar as outras e ver o que acontece...

Para falar a verdade não está perfeito ainda e se eu tivesse fazendo uma tradução eu provavelmente iria me preocupar menos em traduzir ao pé da letra e mais em fazer algo que soe natural na língua de destino (quem sabe algo como o Donay fez).

Just one aside, be left wanting don´t mean "passar vontade" as in "satisfying one´s cravings" (in this case, and also with that sense of "indulging oneself/themselves".
Be left wanting would mean "be in lack of something/abscence of something." as in:
