Como dizer "Imóvel recuado'' em inglês

There are several ways to express that, for instance, in the sense of "espaço comercial":

Commercial site/commercial space/store space/retail space/commercial premises (for rent/for sale, etc).

I can think of an annex house (there are the semi-detached extensions as well), an annexe, Granny Annex(e)/self-contained flat/self-contained cottage/Granny Cottage/Granny Flat, etc. It´s advisable to use those keywords in a search online (to read about them and to see them).
Sometimes only mentioning "an extension on (somebody´s house) would do, though.
