Obrigado(a)!

Similarly, you can say "that triggers me" (is an emotional trigger, makes me react emotionally).
We can also express it in a more elaborate way: that triggers my anger. (a trigger might be something that upsets, hurts, offend you).

In Brazil, these days, there is somehow a usage of "gatilho", not just something not necessarily negative: watching that movie made me turn in on to kiss. I might be love-starved! (starved for love/starved for love and attention).

Outras opções:

That triggers negative emotions.
That triggers negative feelings.

Bons estudos.

Another better sentence to that sentence of mine: watching that movie made me feel badly in need to kiss someone. (o filme disparou um gatilho).

Basically, women may crave chocolate during their periods out of habit because they believe chocolate cravings are normal.

It turns out that when they are stressed, anxious, depressed, or uncomfortable, they turn toward something that they know will make them feel good. Chocolate, for instance, is bitter from origin, but them sugared in the process. It may work as a sugar fix in disguise (to a certain degree, of course).

Okay, girls, chill out, I won't tell anyone this little secret. :-)
