Gostaria de saber como se fala "magrela" no sentido de bicicleta em inglês.

Transportion with wheels can be called "wheels". Without context, the listener would only understand "transportation with wheels" and not bicycle.

Do you have wheels?
Yes, my mother is waiting for me in the car./Yes, I have a bike.

"Bike" is probably more common than "bicycle". However, "bike" is also slang for "motorcycle". Again, context is important.

No, I don't drive "rice burners". I like "Hogs" (slang for Harley-Davidson) and "Beezers".
I have a "Chopper". (slang for modified Harley-Davidson)
