Como dizer "mais pra uma coisa do que pra outra" em inglês
Hi everybody! I'd like to say something like: "mais pra alguma coisa do que pra outra."
I'll give you an example to make it clear:
"You should start exercising rather for you to get healthier than only losing some kilos"
(Você deveria se exercitar mais para ter saúde do que somente para perder alguns kilos.)
Is my sentences correct? Is it possible to use "rather than" like that?
Thanks in advance!

Sugestão:

You should start exercising not only to lose weight but mostly to be healthy.
Bem-vinda ao fórum!

Thanks for your suggestion Donay!
But, about the way I said first, is it correct? Because my doubt is about using rather than.
Do I have to use "rather than" or it's ok to say "rather something than something else"
(Sorry, I guess I haven't made myself so clear in the first message)
Thanks a million!
PS: I absolutely love the site!
