Many possibilities.

Where shall we meet?
Where can we meet?
Where shall I meet you?
Where do you want to meet?
Where do you want me to meet you?
Where are we going to meet?
Where would you like to meet?
Where shall we get together?
Where shall I wait for you?

Thomas, I think the original poster would like a statement with a time period or a set date thrown in.

My brain ESL'ishingly thought of:

Can we meet at 4:02 p.m. on August 31, 2010?
Shall we meet...?
I wish we would meet at 4:02 p.m. sharp on August 31, 2010 at the corner drugstore. Don't stand me up or else...

I think you are right, hotshot. It might be a good idea to describe the clothing that Silvia will be wearing to make identification easier, even if they have met previously face-to-face. ("I will be wearing a red dress.") What do you think? I would also say something like "If there is a change in your flight or carrier (airlines), please let me know ASAP." This may not be a problem in Brazil, but in some large American airports there are multiple terminals, and a change of any kind can mean the passenger will arrive in an entirely different building. (A friend from Limeira did not think it was important that there was a change in airlines between Miami and Los Angeles, and it took hours and many telephone calls to learn we were waiting in different terminals at LAX.) What is your input?

What about "setting/arraging a meeting point?"
Is it possible or I am inventing words?

Thomas, describing one's dress and rendezvousing at a specified date, time and place would indeed help. ;)

Flavia, couples setting or arranging a time and a meeting point would not have trouble rendezvousing either, I guess.

Pessoal,

Sugestão:

Combinar um lugar para se encontrar, escolher um ponto de encontro:Decide on a specific place to meet/Pick a specific place to meet

We need to decide on a specific place to meet, and what time we intend for everyone to get there.(Google)

Pick a specific place to meet and tell your date what you'll be wearing; don't just say “I'll meet you at the Davie St. Starbucks".(web.me.com)

Boa sorte!

There are stories of people lost in such places and never found again. See for instance,

Hi there!

Vamos marcar um ponto de encontro ?

Minha sugestão:

Shall we pick a specific place to meet?

Take care,

Sem sair tanto do contexto:

to score: "marcar pontos" com a parceira, avançar um nível no relacionamento

→Example:
Flattery will get you everywhere. Compliments will score you: a happy girlfriend, great sex, everything you ever wanted. It works two ways. Remember: happy wife (or girlfriend), happy life.

E como dizer marcar um encontro (encontro amoroso/"Date") com alguém?

Ex:
Sábado eu marquei um encontro com a Rose num restaurante italiano bem romântico.
Eu tenho um encontro já agendado/marcando com a Angelina do trabalho.

Dicas:

a. Marcar um encontro neste contexto: make a date

''Eu marquei um encontro com a Rose num restaurante.''
"I made a date to meet Rose at a restaurant.''

Do Google: ''we talked and made a date to meet at a club.''

b. Ter um encontro marcado: have a date

''I have a date with one of the guys from my class tonight.'' [Macmillan]
