Hi,
"If I say so Myself" me parece a melhor opção. Foi o único jeito que ouvi americanos falando isso, expressando isso (mas claro que existem outras formas de falar, que já foram mencionadas aqui, que são usuais também).
Ex: "I'm a pretty good singer, if I say so myself."
"If I say so myself, I think I'm gonna win this game"

Modesty aside.
Ex.: Modesty aside, I'm one of the best cooks in the state of Florida.

Adicionando ao que já comentei anteriormente...
Pode-se expressar a mesma coisa de formas diferentes: I do not mean to be cocky, but... / Sorry if I sound pretentious, but...
No entanto, as três expressões supracitadas ( in all modesty, modesty aside, modesty apart ) são mais usadas pelo nativo devido à sua brevidade.
No caso da expressão "In all modesty, this blog is the best," ela só faz sentido quando quem a fala é o dono ou adminitrador do blog já que o termo "modesty" se refere a uma qualidade de quem a fala e ao memo tempo reflete um sucesso pelo dito cujo alcançado.
Logo, eu como usuário não poderia dizer "In all modesty, this blog is the best." e sim "It's my opinion that this blog is the best."

Could have been expressed in lots of ways, here goes one of them:Modéstia à parte, esse blog é o melhor .
(it´s) not that others are not good, it´s that thig Blog/Forum is the best (one). In my opinion.
I added "in my opinion" because they are used to say "everyone is entitled to their own opinion" and many go further "..., but if it isn´t mine, it´s wrong!", he hee. Anyway, in general conversations or everyday situations one can leave out the "in my opinion". It would be implicit. Just an aside note, then.
Others might jump in and comment on.
