Ex: Compre os ingressos com antecedência, pois se deixar pra comprar "na hora" (em que chegar lá), não vai mais haver nenhum disponível.

Costuma-se usar "at the time of something" para se dizer "na hora de algo".

...because there may not be tickets available right then and there (at the time)

"Haver" é um verbo impessoal. Logo, não concorda com o sujeito.

"In a minute" poderia ser utilizado significando "na hora" (agora mesmo)?
