Como dizer “O novo Pelé” em inglês

Zumstein 1 31 435
Em Português: O novo Pelé
Em Inglês: The next Pelé

Já surgiram outros, será que este (Neymar) vai vingar?
  • Here’s this week’s Time magazine with Neymar on the cover. The title is The Next Pelé and it is already getting flak.

Pra mim (Santista) é uma festa.

Sim, Zumstein, com certeza. Para mim, "ser bombardeado"(no sentido figurado) é exatamente isso: get flak.

Veja o que diz o 'Thefreedictionary':

get/take (the) flak (informal)
to receive strong criticism (often + from )

Also:
He is receiving criticism.
He is being attacked.

And many more. You can type the words flak and definition on Google search and see many hits that will come.

Olá pessoal,

… getting flak. – recebendo críticas.
Flak, also flack (Informal) - Excessive or abusive criticism.

Poderiamos traduzir por: “… sendo bombardeado”?
(Bombardear – Fig. Fazer crítica áspera ou severa a.)
