O vandalismo contra ônibus sai caro para os passageiros porque eles não terão uma quantidade suficiente à disposição, como se a quantidade disponível fosse suficiente.
Vandalism of city busses has hit passengers hard because there won't be enough of them on hand (as if there were enough of them anyway).

Vandalism of city buses is becoming a rather commom fact in manifestations nowadays, in fact it have been the works of irresponsible individuals that lack creativity and maturity, most of the times by people that act blindly don´t even caring about the real reason of the manifestation itself.
For one thing. By doing that, they decrease the number of buses in our cities, as if there weren´t already a lack of them. So, resulting in more cramming into the remaining buses.
