Como dizer "Os projetos estão engatilhados" em inglês

Como na situação abaixo:

Estamos com uma demanda baixa nos últimos tempos, mas temos alguns projetos engatilhados.

Seria algo no sentido de estar pronto pra acontecer faltando os últimos detalhes.

My suggestion:

Estamos com uma demanda baixa nos últimos tempos, mas temos alguns projetos engatilhados.

We have had a low demand lately, but we have some projects at the ready.

And also:
...but we have some projects that are under way.
...but we have some underway projects. (after "underway" there ´s a noun).

Another way grammarians make a distinction:
...but we have some projects are already underway. (event happening as of now).
...but we have some projects that should get under way. (should get started).

But you won´t be sued if you make some intersection in sense, and in spoken English, I think such differences would go unnoticed. But it´s not the final word, let´s wait for further comments.
