Como dizer "passar por isso/superar" em inglês

Bom, estou escrevendo uma música e não encontro tradução adequada.
"So if you try to make things right, i'm here to help you
Let's fix what is wrong, and then... (passar por isso/superar/ir adiante)"
eu tentei coisas como "go through", "walk through", "go ahead", mas não sei porque sinto que passa impressão de seguir um caminho físico, e não o sentido que eu quero (superar/resolver um problema).
Alguém pode me ajudar?

Aproveitando o tópico, tem uma outra frase que estou com dificuldade:
"Não espere o que o amanhã(futuro) carrega/traz"
Eu traduzi como "Don't wait what tomorrow brings", mas não sei se está certo.

Jonathon, one possibility is a change from "is wrong" to "went wrong". The idea is that things were fine, something happened, now things are bad, but we can fix things between us.
I like Donay's "move on". NIce.
go through = sobreviver, aguentar (in that context)
walk through = The meanings are numerous and quite different from what you want.
go ahead = The meaning is fine, but it's not nearly as good as "move on".

I liked the "went wrong". It really fits better.
There's another phrase that I couldn't translate: "Não espere o que vem amanha" or "Não espere o que o amanhã(futuro) carrega/traz".
The idea is do not wait for something that wiil/may happen.
