Como dizer ''pensa comigo'' em inglês

Olá!

Alguém saberia me dizer como falar “pensa comigo” neste contexto?

Obrigado!

Think about it.../okay, go with me...(then provide OR describe one hypothetical scenario/ bear with me...

Aah, I was going to forget a likely translation of sorts:
Now think about this, say you're going all the way to the court and sue him/throw the books at him and at the end you find you lost the case... (yada yada yada)

Now think about this, say you're going all the way to the court and sue him/throw the books at him, only to know that at the end you find you lost the case... (yada yada yada)

The "only to know" sometimes (as is the case in point) adds an element of "surprise", "a twist" to the fate of the character or a twist to the story (generally something unexpected).

He had just won his first career championship as a crew chief, only to know that he would be out of a job the very next day.

That would be the twist: ...você ir a justiça, cumprir toda aquela burocracia, indas e vindas.
