Hey! Isso pode variar assim como é aqui no Brasil.
> Hair elastic, Hair tie, Rubber band, Hair band.. Hair binder
> I gotta buy a new hair tie for her''

E tem ainda os 'Scrunchies".
Hair clip
Piranha de cabelo se chama "hair clip".
Hair claws (hair claw clips), hair clamps.
Some would make distinction with such 'piranhas', hair claws being the the ones with more 'legs' or 'fangs' and "hair clips" a two-piece that "clicks" when closed (then fastening the hair in-betwen) - also called "hair clamp".
The 'amarrador' ou 'xuxinha' would be a "ponytail holder", usually can be described by adjectives as elastic/flexible, etc.
It would also be called "rabicó" in some regions of Brazil (in Portuguese, I mean).
Don´t take my word for it, you can run a search on Google and see for themselves.
Anyway, I would use this guy quote:
"Se uma imagem vale por mil palavras, então é melhor escritores e poetas aprenderem a desenhar".

Just kidding around, ha ha ha!
