Marcio, realmente, o certo é "descargo de consciência", já que é um alívio, e não uma desobrigação, para a consciência. Nunca tinha prestado atenção a esse erro. Aprendi como dizer em inglês e em português.

Os dois estão certos. Eu gostei do fato do Márcio ter apontado uma alternativa diferente da que a muitos usam, é um sinal de ele é tem uma mente perceptiva e curiosa.
