Como dizer "Quem não cola, não sai da escola" em inglês

well, I'm afraid this is a brazilian proverb so I think there migh not be a equivalent idiom in English for that.
However, you migh try to explain its meaning.

colar: cheat
ex: cheat on an exam

sair das escola (formar): graduate

maybe you shall try on saying

whoever does not cheat once on a test will never graduate

but keep this is mind: it's a brazilian expression.
