Walmir,
Outros exemplos:
Eu mandei ela ir ao supermercado - I asked her to go to the supermarket.
Eu mandei ele vir aqui - I told him to come here.
"Who wants to go, goes: who doesn't, tells the others to go."

Sugestão:
Who wants to go, goes; who doesn't, tells to do so.

Minhas prezadas professoras, gostei de
na hora do "aperto", se eu disser:
Who does not want to go orders (Quem não quer ir manda), será que passa?

If thou thyself canst do it, attend no other’s help or hand.
If thou thyself canst do it, attend no other’s help or hand.
If you want something done, do it yourself.
A corruption of the famous quotation "if you want something done well..."
(perhaps more often used this way, in English)
Ah, and there´s the "'If you want something done, ask a busy man' or ask... A busy woman/if you want something done, ask a busy person to do it.
'In politics, If you want anything said, ask a man. If you want anything done, ask a woman.'
