No sentido em que escrevi mesmo: ''Quero trocar de corpo com você'' ou ''vamos trocar de corpos?'' ''vamos trocar os corpos?'' não sei qual a melhor forma de perguntar isso em inglês. Help me!

We would say it differently. Examples include:
I wish I had your body.
I'd love to have a body like yours.
If you say "I would like to trade bodies with you," it would sound unnatural and strange.

I think that would be fine, but I believe you will find that it is more common to say something like in my post above. Regardless, you will be understood.
