I think that this is about a product (and recipe) that used to be sold in Brazil as a meal substitute. See the recipe here: http://g1.globo.com/globoreporter/0,,MU ... UMANA.html
As far as I can tell, there isn't an English translation for it. I've seen "human ration", "human nutrition" and "human diet" to refer to this specific product, but nothing official. Perhaps because it was never marketed outside Brazil?

No Tradutora, it was never marketed outside, it seems.
Indeed it´s like a homemade dietary supplement (or nutritional supplement) a preparation intended to supplement the diet, while providing nutrients.
Mainly in the Carnival time, or some major parties nutritionists come forward, and offer such advice to people that drink, dance...and forget their healthy dose balance. These ones, as you see are intended to repair the deficit to normal levels. They are essentially food supplements, in fact don´t do any harm.
Not to confuse with herbal or dietary supplements like chamomile, echinacea, garlic, ginkgo biloba, and ginseng than can do harm (at least to the elderly).
