Além do que foi mostrado, você pode fazer uso de "I have a bit of a cold" para dizer "eu estou meio resfriado", "eu estou um pouco resfriado", "eu estou com um resfriado leve" em inglês.

Complementando o Donay (oi Donay!), assim como 'a bit of cold' pode ser usado para quando estamos com um resfriado leve, podemos utilizar o 'full of cold' (coloquial) quando estamos com um resfriado mais forte.
