These days, in Brazil you can find some retailers (self-service wholesale companies - or cash & carry retailers - mostly in food retail sale) with a "dine-in area". A coffee bar would also be a good definition, both may express the same thing (but the coffee bar may emphasize coffee and bakery items more).
Others have a food kiosk with a seating area with dining tables nearby, or just the food kiosk so you grab and go.
A more sophisticated thing would be a food service restaurant, a 'grocerant' (in a grocery store), etc.
When I go to do my grocery shopping, I usually stop by the dine-in area/coffee area and enjoy a coffee with a croissant.
