You could say She is so wise, if you mean she has a lot of life experience, (wisdom), or learning.

If you mean she has a lot of learning and education, you should say she is so knowledgeable. OR
She has so MUCH knowledge (Knowledge is not countable, so you can't have "many" knowledge.

*Como disse a Mary,"much" é mais apropriado neste caso.
