Workers that earn two minimum wages, at the most, and entitled to (PIS/PASEP) salary bonus can make the withdrawal at the nearest bank.

PP, here in all likelihood you used the noun instead of the verb (withdraw). Otherwise, you've provided two good phrase examples for the topic.

cash in on sth: (disapproving) to gain an advantage for yourself from a situation, especially in a way that other people think is wrong or immoral:

The film studio is being accused of cashing in on the singer's death.
Her family have been accused of cashing in on her death.
