Eu vejo no Google que existe "holy envy", mas não seria uma expressão de uso comum. Pelo menos eu nunca a ouvi.
Ao mesmo tempo não é incomum o uso de, por exemplo,
Oh, I'm so envious (jealous) you bought this new car!
Tem o sentido de uma inveja de admiração pura, sem negativos.
Menos comum, mas significativo, o uso de "enviable" (vindo de 'envy') sem nenhum traço negativo:
She has this enviable ability to empathize. I wish I could be more that way.
Ao mesmo tempo não é incomum o uso de, por exemplo,
Oh, I'm so envious (jealous) you bought this new car!
Tem o sentido de uma inveja de admiração pura, sem negativos.

You can say "I am jealous." (in an amicably way, of course. It´s all about the way you talk!) or "I envy you/I wish I were you/I wish I could (go/travel there /buy it etc) and "lucky you."
All of them, could express that one. Same goes to the "enviable" thing Henry just pointed out.

And there is the opposite way, as in: He has the unenviable task of driving at night, while his friends can drink and party all night long.
