Como dizer "se abre comigo" em inglês

Tenho uma amiga que é de fora e está com alguns problemas. Outro dia conversando estava escrevendo para ela se abrir comigo e contar o porque etc e tal.
Antes de dar o enter desisti e ficou no why don't you talk to me? óbvio que a resposta foi I'm talking to you...
Se em português podem surgir mal-entendidos e piadinhas, em inglês pode ficar bem estranho também.
Então sugestões de variações são bem-vindas. Mas tem que ser no sentido de se abrir, colocar para fora aquilo que guardamos e não simplesmente falar.
