Alguém poderia me ajudar com essa passagem, que possui muitos termos técnicos: "...após investigação bibliográfica da doutrina e legislação, analisaram-se cinco amostras de portarias de instauração de sindicância e os respectivos pareceres dos sindicantes ..."

In my humble opinion:

"...after bibliographical investigation on doctrine and legislation, five samples of the opening of inquiry ordinances and their respective syndicate opinions were analyzed..."

Even there have passed many years since the posting, hope it helps.
