Como dizer "Você já terminou seu serviço?" em inglês

Você poderia usar também o "have you finished your work?".
Mas eu acharia melhor substituir o "work" por task (tarefa).

Did you finish your task?
Have you finished your task?

Se você especificar o tempo em que ocorreu a tarefa pode usar o simple past.

Did you finish your work at 7pm?

Se não for especificado o tempo da ação usa-se o present perfect. Por exemplo, quer perguntar se a pessoa acabou de determinar ou já terminou determinada atividade, mas não sabe se foi hoje, ontem, mês passado, etc.

Have you already finished your work?

Are you done with your task ?

I agree with Paulo to a degree, but the very usage of "did" in the sentence would do the trick. It would suggest that either:
1)the time period is finished.
OR
2) the information is old.
OR still
3) the result of the action doesn´t persist.

Otherwise, the usage of "have'' is advisable and proper.

Plus:
In the sentence "Have you already finished your work?", "already" suggests surprise, that you didn´t expect the other person wouldn´t finish that work so fast! in Portuguese would be "Já terminou (o serviço)? (como se dizendo "que rápido, hein!" or "já?".
I would rather use "job" or "task" (mission/assignment) in this case, though, just one suggestion of mine.
