Sugestões:

I expected him to had beaten the game.

Usar "I expected him to win the game."

E "I expected him to had won the game." para "Eu esperava que ele tivesse vencido o jogo.", está gramaticalmente correto?

Não.

I expected him to had won the game.

Sugiro usar "I expected him to have won the game.''

''Adams was selected as Ohio State's offensive lineman of the week in its 43-7 win over Ohio University. Some expected him to have won the award years ago.'' [Ohiostatebuckeyes.com - USA]
Mas se for "I expected him to have won the game." não vai significar "Eu esperava que ele tenha vencido o jogo." ao invés de "Eu esperava que ele tivesse vencido o jogo." ?

Não. O exemplo dado mostra que não. Observe novamente.

I had expected them to win the game.

Dúvida: Qual é a diferença entre "I expected him to have won the game." e "I expected (that) he had won the game." ?

Only the first one is correct. It means you thought he would win the game and you thought so before the game.

The second one is not grammatically correct:

"I expected (that) he had won the game."

The main reason this is grammatically wrong is that you are misusing past perfect, I.e., "had won." You use this verb primarily to show the relationship between two past tense events, and the event that is further back in the past gets the past perfect by verb. For example:

"I thought (that) he had won the game." In this sentence, the winning or losing of the game comes earlier than this person thinking about it. The trouble with doing this with the verb "expected" is that when you expect something, it is an expectation of something that WILL happen, not a reaction to something that has already happened. That is why it doesn't work with past perfect.

Donay,

It can help if we keep in mind when something is said, as well as the state of knowledge (about the game result) at the time of the expressed expectation. For example:

All the sentences below occur on January 7th:

(Minha expectativa antes do jogo, resultado necessariamente desconhecido)
On January 1, I had expected Tom would win the game taking place on January 5th. (a melhor expressão)
On January 1, I expected Tom to win the game...

On January 6, still not knowing the result of the game, I still expected Tom to have won the game that had taken place the previous day, January 5th. (melhor)

Today, January 7th, now knowing the game result, I can say I had expected Tom to have won the game that took place on January 5th.
Possivel usar "to win" neste caso, mas "had expected" é necessário.
